Help Hopkinton HS help the environment

The Environmental Club at the high school is collecting plastic film as part of a program to recycle it. Once they collect enough, they earn a bench made from recycled plastic film.

YOU CAN HELP by bringing your plastic film to the drop off bin in the lobby at one of these places:

• Town Hall

• Marty's

• High School

Plastic film cannot be put into our curbside recycling bins - it ends up in the trash and then is incinerated or put in a landfill. It's much better for the environment to have it upcycled into useful products like benches, chairs, and tables.
