EVs require significantly less maintenance than gas powered vehicles, so factor that into your decision
Compare the cost per mile of any vehicle - in general, from best to worst: Battery EVs > plug-in hybrids > hybrids > smaller vehicles > larger vehicles
Consider: how often do you really need a truck or SUV? Can you rent or borrow one when you do?
Use the more efficient vehicle in your home for longer trips, when there is an option

EV charging info for homeowners as well as renters and landlords - there are incentives for landlords, so encourage your landlord to check that out. If you are a landlord, take advantage and attract more tenants
